These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by KSM Media Walls ("we", "us", or "our"). By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Please read these terms carefully before proceeding with any quotation or project. If you have any questions, please contact us before accepting our services.
All initial quotations are provided free of charge with no obligation to proceed.
Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to review.
All quotations are tailored to your specific requirements. Prices are based on the measurements, materials, and specifications discussed during consultation.
Any changes to the agreed specification may result in additional costs. We will inform you of any price changes before proceeding with variations.
A deposit is required to secure your booking and commence material ordering. The deposit amount will be specified in your quotation and agreed upon before work begins.
Note: Your project will be added to our schedule only after deposit payment has been received.
If final payment is not received upon completion, we reserve the right to charge interest on overdue amounts at a rate of 8% per annum above the Bank of England base rate.
From deposit to installation
For post-installation fixes
Our typical lead time from deposit payment to installation is 2-3 weeks. This allows us to:
We understand that circumstances can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
Full deposit refund if you cancel before we order materials (typically within 48 hours of deposit).
If materials have been ordered, the deposit may not be refundable as custom materials cannot be returned. We will discuss options on a case-by-case basis.
No refunds if cancellation occurs on the scheduled installation day. Materials and labor costs will be charged.
We understand that plans change. You may reschedule your installation with reasonable notice:
We take pride in delivering perfect installations. However, if you identify any minor issues or defects after installation, we're here to help.
We aim to resolve any snagging issues within 48 hours of being notified. Our commitment is to ensure you're completely satisfied with your media wall.

All our installations come with a comprehensive 12-month warranty covering workmanship and materials.
If you experience any issues covered by our warranty:
KSM Media Walls carries appropriate public liability insurance for all installation work. We take every precaution to protect your property during our work.

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project. We are not liable for:
Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring that the installation area is clear and accessible. Any existing electrical work should be carried out by a qualified electrician, and you should inform us of any structural issues before installation.
You must ensure clear access to the installation area and adequate parking for our team. Additional charges may apply if access issues cause delays.
We can install sockets and basic electrical connections. However, all electrical work must comply with current regulations and may require certification by a qualified electrician.
We use high-quality materials, but natural variations in wood grain, color, and texture are normal. Samples are indicative only and may not exactly match the final product.
If you supply your own TV, fireplace, or other components, we cannot be held responsible for their compatibility, installation issues, or defects.
We may photograph completed installations for marketing purposes. Please inform us if you do not wish your project to be featured in our portfolio.
